• Process sensitive data (it stays in your browser anyway)

Your Data Stays Yours

When you use our tools, your input data (URLs, JSON, text, etc.) is processed locally in your browser. We do not store, access, or transmit this data to our servers.

You Are Responsible For Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you input into our tools. However, you are responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the right to process the data you're working with
• Your use complies with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• You don't input illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content

Our Rights

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical difficulties or server issues
• Third-party service disruptions (Vercel, etc.)
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

Since our services don't require accounts, there's no formal termination process. However:

• You can stop using our services at any time without any obligations
• We may restrict access if you violate these Terms or abuse our services

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
